This Low Carb Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe from Atkins is easy to pull together and so yummy, everyone will want to dive in.

First, grab your air fryer and set it to 390°.

Working in batches and using Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Fajita Size Tortillas, spray them with canola oil on both sides and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges and cook for 3-4 minutes in the air fryer. Golden brown chips make their way to the baking sheet!

In a skillet over medium heat, brown 8 ounces of 90% ground beef. Sprinkle in chili powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, cumin, and garlic powder & mix to combine, until fully cooked.
