Forget the gym! Break a sweat at home with this routine from celebrity trainer, Paolo Mascitti.

He’s got a 7-step workout routine you can do in your living room, just like his client Nicole Scherzinger. Here are a few of the moves: 

Walk Out to Shoulder Tap: In a high plank, with your palms flat on the floor, hands shoulder-width apart, tap your right hand to your left shoulder while engaging your core and glutes. Then switch sides.

Squat Jump: Start by doing a regular squat, then engage your core and jump up explosively.

Plank to Push Up: Keeping your body in a strong plank position, lower down onto your right forearm, followed by the left, so you’re in a forearm plank.

Jumping Lunges: Jump your left leg forward and your right leg back into a lunge with both knees at 90 degrees.
