For this torte, you’ll need to start by beating 16 ounces of Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Mascarpone cheese with 1 cup superfine sugar until blended.

Next, Beat in lemon zest and juice of 2 lemons.

Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture. Transfer 2 1/2 cups mascarpone mixture to a bowl; cover and refrigerate.

Fold pound cake into the remaining mascarpone mixture. Spread half of the cake mixture into a  9-inch springform pan lined with waxed paper.

To create the design, alternate between layering mascarpone mixture and lining the edges with blueberries and raspberries.

After spreading mascarpone mixture over the top, arrange the remaining blueberries in a star shape and line the edge of filling, near pan, with the remaining raspberries.
