Steak Salad

with Cilantro Lime Sauce

“We make a lot of holiday foods, there’s a steak salad recipe that I make in our house, because it’s such a simple thing”

First, season 1 lb skirt steak with salt and pepper.

Melt one tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Place garlic cloves & rosemary in the butter.

Cook steak on both sides, swirling the steak in the butter, until desired doneness.

Fill a large salad bowl with Romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, fennel, & avocado.

Place the sliced steak on top and drizzle with Cilantro Lime Dressing and VOILA!
