From her book, Laila Ali Spice Blends Holiday Cookbook, here are all the tips & tricks you’ll need to Garlic & Rosemary Seared Lamb Chops

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of the oil, garlic, rosemary, and Laila’s personal brand of Soulful Seasoning and Spicy Pepper

Place the chops on a baking sheet & rub them all over with the seasoned oil, massaging it into the meat with your fingers. Marinate 15 to 30 mins.

In a large skillet, sear the lamb chops on each side in 1½ teaspoons of the oil over medium-high heat; 2 to 3 minutes for medium-rare, another minute for medium.

Do the chops in small batches. Don't crowd the pan! 

After each round of cooking, transfer the chops to a large plate and scrape out the pan drippings onto the chops.

When they’re all done, let them rest for 5 mins before serving – and then, enjoy!
