Since this is a warm drink, the first thing you’ll need is a slow cooker and a stock pot.
In the pot, you’ll combine the rings of a peeled and cubed pineapple, 1 T. black peppercorns and. 1 star anise pod with 3 cups water. Boil for 30-45 mins.
Give that a strain and add the pineapple broth to the slow cooker.
Now for the fruit! You’ll need:
1 pineapple, peeled and cubed 3 c. water 1 red apple 1 green apple 1 plum 1 c. cubed coconut 1 c. golden raisins 1 small bag (1-2 c.) mixed dried fruit 1 cinnamon stick
Cook all of that in the broth for 6 hours on high heat.
When it’s done, you can serve in individual glasses or mugs and top with alcohol or choice.
