4lbs chicken wings (and/or drumsticks)1 whole pineapple, sliced into ½ thick pieces1 ½ cups (12oz.) of  Q Mixers Ginger Beer1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger1/2 cup of light brown sugar2 limes, juiced and zested1 teaspoon cornstarch½ teaspoon of kosher salt1 tablespoon of white vinegar4 scallions, chopped into 1/8 inch piecesSesame seeds

Time to get to work! First, the sauce! Take your Mix Q Mixers Ginger Beer, grated ginger, light brown sugar, lime juice and lime zest into a saucepan over high heat.

Once the sauce is heated through, place 1/4 cup of it into a small bowl and add 1 teaspoon cornstarch, stirring until dissolved. Then back into the pan it goes for another 20 minutes.

Remove sauce from the heat after minutes and let cool slightly. Mix in vinegar, kosher salt and sriracha until combined. Taste sauce and adjust to your liking.

Now, it’s time to hit the grill! Grab your chicken and pineapple and place on a 450 degree grill.

For the chicken, you want to grill each side for 8 minutes; for the pineapple, you go as dark and as charred as you like!

When those are done, toss them both in the sauce, coating evenly , dust with some scallions and sesame seeds and dive right in!
