Spring is here and it’s time to start thinking about entertaining outside. Here are some tips &tricks from chef and author Sarah Copeland of Edible Living.
First, the cheese! Pick one from four different categories: creamy, distinctive, funky and crowd-pleaser.
Next, think flavor, texture, and variety for your charcuterie and snacks. Sarah recommends crunchy Asian pear and cascading nuts and berries.
When it’s time to plate, make sure everything is accessible with small pieces in an easy-to-grab layout.
It’s also a good idea to load up on small dishes, spoons and forks to make it easy for everyone to enjoy the board and mitigate cross-contamination.
