AMRAP WORKOUT

20 Minute Routine with Blake Lively’s Trainer

Celebrity fitness entrepreneur Don Saladino is here to help you get fit for the new year with a AMRAP Workout.

Start with Seesaw Lunges, 6 Reps. Lunge forward and then back in a reverse lunge on your left leg. Then switch.  You can use dumbbells, if you have/want.

Jump Squat, 6 Reps --  Squat, then jump and squat again. Hold your arms out as a counterbalance to allow you to stay in a good position.

Prone Cobra, 6 Reps --  You can do this two ways: You can do it by raising your upper body, lifting from the waist upwards, with your arms extended out.

Or you can raise both your upper and lower body at the same time. Tighten your glutes to take a lot of strain from your lower back.  

Reverse Crunch, 6 Reps — Lie on your back and raise your legs, straight up in the air.
