AMRAP AB WORKOUT
AARMY coach Sophia Goldstein recently took HollywoodLife through a core-bursting AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout. Think you can handle it?
You’ll start with 20 Flutter Kicks. Lie on your back, work your core, and pump your legs.
Next, we move on to 20 Hollow Rocks. Keep your hands over your head!
Next, 20 Full-Range Sit Ups. Watch your form!
Next, move into 20 Roll-Ups – make sure you have enough room!
Finally, do it all again! Keep going through the rotation until you’ve reached the full 10 mins!
After your workout, recovery is super important! “For this challenge, in particular, stretch your hips!” says Sophia.
