Hm, this seems a little familiar! If you’ve been watching ‘Empire,’ you know that the familial drama is no joke. But, is a new song from the upcoming episode based on the not-so-scripted conflict between Rihanna and Chris Brown?
FOX’s new hit series Empire tells the story of a music mogul and his industry family, all competing for a piece of the pie. On the Jan. 28 episode, a new song called “Keep It Movin'” will be performed, and some of the lyrics enforce speculation that the show might be drawing from some real life source material. Take a listen and decide for yourself!
‘Empire’ continues to show its dominance. On the third episode of the hip-hop themed series, which aired on Jan. 21, we see the Lyons family take a trip to Philly and get a glimpse at what life might’ve been like had Lucious not made it big– unsurprisingly, it brings up a lot of issues.
Empire‘s third episode, “The Devils Quotes Scripture,” was tense, to say the least. Between Hakeem’s (Bryshere Gray) new girlfriend–and Lucious (Terrence Howard) trying to promote it– we’re still just skimming the surface of the Lyons family’s struggles.
Things are getting rough on ‘Empire.’ In the show’s second episode, airing on Jan. 14, Cookie and Lucious are still not seeing eye to eye, and in a moment of intensity, things get physical. Watch a sneak peek of the new episode right now!
In the second episode of the new show Empire, which is titled “The Outspoken King,” the FOX series continues to keep us on the edge of our seats. In a sneak peek for the upcoming installment, we see why exactly tensions are so high on the hip hop-themed drama. Check out the clip inside!

Henson), gets released from prison after taking the fall for their drug-induced past, she wants her take — and she’ll do anything to get it.
