Michael made a special appearance at Comic-Con in, and we’re thrilled to see he’s doing so well!
Michael C. Hall, 39, is back… and ready to kill again! The TV serial killer greeted fans July 22 at Comic-Con in San Diego, Calif., and the Dexter lovers were thrilled to see that he’s recovering well from his battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma. Jennifer Carpenter, Michael’s real-life wife and on-screen sister, spoke to HollywoodLife.com back in April, and she told us he was doing well after undergoing chemotherapy. “I’m really lucky,” she told us. “Michael is [doing] great. He’s really great!”

Edward Cullen, Twilight’s leading man, is technically a blood-thirsty vampire, but comparing him to Showtime’s serial killer-with-a-heart-of-gold is a little…aggressive, no? Although the two characters seemingly have little in common aside from their killer instincts, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg (who has written both parts) insists they’re two peas in a pod!

Were you shocked by any SAG Award winners?
We weren’t! Aside from the incredible tribute to Betty White, The 2010 Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony played out almost identically to last weekend’s Golden Globes. It was basically round two for repeat winners like Jeff Bridges, Sandra Bullock, Mo’Nique and Drew Barrymore — though at least Drew seemed considerably more flustered with her SAG acceptance speech than she was at the Globes. Michael’s rep, Craig Bankey, said the disease is in complete remission and he will continue receiving treatment as planned.
Have you ever wanted your ex to know that you were sooo over him … except that you didn’t have paparazzi numbers in speed dial?
Well, Jon Gosselin‘s former paramour does … have photogs on speed dial that is. No doubt that’s why we and Jon get to see her kissing a new supposed paramour on the streets of Philadelphia on Dec. 16.
Hailey Glassman, 22, who recently tweeted that she’d been dating someone like serial killer “Dexter,” clearly isn’t totally over Gosselin, or she wouldn’t have had a public kissing section. Read
