The streaming service is also offering a deal for new and returning subscribers where you can save over 20% for the first 6 months when you prepay for HBO Max (total discounted price is $69.99, plus applicable tax). Once the 6 months is up, you’ll pay the current monthly rate of $14.99. The offer is available until Jan. 15, 2021.
Wonder Woman 1984 will be available on Christmas Day starting at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET, the same day as its U.S. theatrical release. The sequel will be available on HBO Max free of charge for 31 days. The sequel features the return of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince and Chris Pine as Steve Trevor. Kristen Wiig joins the cast as the villainous Cheetah, while Pedro Pascal plays Maxwell Lord. Patty Jenkins returned to direct the sequel.
