Zach proposed to Kaity during the show’s finale, which aired in March 2023. At ‘After the Final Rose,’ they confirmed that they were still together and preparing to move in with each other.

Zach and Kaity hit it off from the very beginning of his season, but he started out the show with 29 other women hoping to fall in love with him. As the weeks went on, his connection with Kaity continued to strengthen. She had two one-on-one dates before getting to take Zach to meet her family at hometown dates.

Although Zach and Kaity hit a bit of a rough patch during fantasy suites week, they were able to communicate through it and move on.
