Will Smith

Will Smith — Will Smith is an actor and rapper that has been in the entertainment industry since 1985. He grew up in West Philadelphia and wanted to rap since he was young. He started his career when he became the MC of the hip-hop duo DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince with his childhood friend, Jeffrey Townes.The two joined forces to release successful music that eventually got them signed by Jive Records and they released their first studio album, ‘Rock the House’ in 1987.

The popular NBC sitcom, ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ started in 1990 and was built around him. Will rapped the theme song for the show, which featured some lyrics based on his real life. The show lasted for six seasons.

Will went on to star in many blockbuster hit films, including ‘Men in Black’ and ‘Independence Day’. He also released more successful albums as a solo rapper. He had his oldest child, Trey, in 1992 with Sheree Zampino, whom he married that same year. They divorced in 1995 and Will went on to marry Jada Pinkett in 1997. They had son, Jaden, in 1998, and daughter, Willow, in 2000.
