Wendy Williams is a television host, actress, author fashion designer and a former longtime radio personality. She’s known for her love for wearing wigs and flat shoes, but don’t underestimate her style. The talk show host, who was diagnosed with Graves’ disease after fainting on live TV on Halloween in 2017, enjoys wearing her own designs, as well as brand names such as Fendi. Wendy revealed that she was living in a sober home for addiction in Queens, NY on March 19, 2019, during her show. While the host did not reveal the exact addiction she was seeking help for, she did reference her past struggles with cocaine addiction. Wendy also said she was working with a 24/7 sober coach. ‘The Wendy Williams Show’ and its network expressed support. After her admission, Wendy and The Hunter Foundation launched the 888-5HUNTER hotline to help those suffering from drug addiction and substance abuse.
