‘Uncharted’

‘Uncharted’ — ‘Uncharted’ is expected to hit theaters in February 2022. The movie is an adaptation and prequel to the popular Playstation series of the same name, developed by Naughty Dog. After the first game ‘Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune’ first came out in 2007, producers quickly began discussing the possibility of a movie adaptation.

After a long line of possible directors and rumored stars, Tom Holland signed on to play the popular hero Nathan Drake, and Mark Wahlberg was set to play his mentor Sully. The new movie will show the treasure hunters meeting and embarking on their first adventure, before the events of the first game. It also stars Antonio Banderas, Tati Gabrielle, and Sophia Ali.

Despite finally starting to film the long-awaited movie in March 2020, production was put on hold almost immediately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the film will finally arrive in theaters in 2022.
