Tony Romo: Photos of the NFL Star & Commentator

Antonio Ramiro “Tony” Romo is an American football television analyst and retired quarterback. He is best known for playing with the Dallas Cowboys for a whopping 14 years. Before making it to the big leagues he played football at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. There, he ranked second in Division I-AA, and impressed his coaches by completing 164-of-278 (59%) passes for 2,583 yards and 27 touchdowns. The National Football League (NFL) player signed a contract with the Cowboys in 2003 and the rest is history!

His football career with the Dallas Cowboys was quite the winning streak. He was named to the Pro Bowl four times and led his team to victory as a quarterback in 2006, and then as a primary starter from the years 2006 to 2015. Sadly, his career came to an end when he injured his back during the 2016 season. He naturally retired and lost his starting position to Dak Prescott. He now works as a commentator for NFL games with CBS.
