A loincloth bikini usually consists of a piece of ruched fabric that is held up by one or two pieces of string, depending on if it’s a side-tie bottom. The fabric can usually be pushed together or stretched out so people can pick a coverage level they’re comfortable with. The top usually consists of a string bikini top, and the entire bikini is often quite small.

The look is very specific, and you’ve undoubtedly seen your favorite star rocking one. For instance, supermodel Bella Hadid looked like, well a supermodel, in the leopard print loincloth bikini she wore in Miami, pictured above.
