Kate Middleton Whispers: 'I'm So Happy' As Royal Procession Begins, Plus All The Pomp & Crowds!

As the Duchess of Cambridge exited Westminster Abbey, crowds cheered when Prince William helped her into their horse-drawn carriage — and it was spectacular!

England loves their new royal couple! Kate Middleton and Prince William officially became the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on April 29 and they couldn’t have looked more comfortable during the spectacular procession to Buckingham Palace. You could visibly see Kate mouth the words “I’m so happy” to her new husband as she stepped into the 1902 State Landau carriage.

As two billion people watched from around the world, the beaming couple made their way through Parliament Square, past Whitehall, Horse Guards Parade and The Mall and then arrived at Buckingham Palace. The loyal locals and excited tourists waited for hours just to catch a glimpse of history. Kate waved gracefully as she and her husband acknowledged the crowd. She even bowed her head out of respect for her husband each time he saluted.

The throngs of elated well wishers made their way escorted by guards to the foot of the palace. There, they watched the happy new couple kiss not once, but twice on the balcony! History was made!

We couldn’t be happier for the new couple and we’re totally jealous of the thousands of devoted fans that could be there to watch it in person.
