In the weeks that followed, the two were photographed out and about quite a bit.
The pair made major headlines in May 2021, though, when they were photographed packing on some PDA with Tessa Thompson in Australia. Then, they made their romance Hollywood official by attending the premiere of ‘The Suicide Squad’ together in August. Rita was by Taika’s side for the premiere of his film, and they posed for photos together on the red carpet throughout the big night. Over a year later, the couple tied the knot at their home in Los Angeles in August 2022.
