Despite being in the public eye for decades, Paris has made a concerted effort to keep her relationship relatively private, but in February 2021, all of that changed!

After roughly two years of dating, Carter finally popped the question to 40-year-old Paris on February 13, just before Valentine’s Day! News of the couples engagement was announced just days later on February 17, and fans couldn’t have been more excited for the mogul and media personality.
