Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song began dating in 2017 and their engagement made news on Jan. 26, 2022. The duo, both actors in their childhoods, met on the set of ‘Changeland,’ a film directed by Macaulay’s longtime friend (and frequent collaborator) Seth Green.
Culkin and Song’s professional relationship turned into a friendship, and blossomed into a romance that brought about domestic bliss for the duo. The two were seen frequently in public over the following years, attending football games and going on vacation together.
The couple decided that they wanted to start a family together, resulting in the birth of their first child in 2021. Dakota Song Culkin arrived in the world on April 5, 2021, and was named in honor of Macaulay’s late sister (who passed away in 2008 after being struck by a car in Los Angeles.)
