Lisa Bonet, born on November 16, 1967, was an icon the instant she appear on TV in the 80s, playing Denise Huxtable on The Cosby Show. The series would lead to an Emmy nomination and a spin-off series, A Different World, which ran from 1987 to 1993.

After that Lisa appeared in features like Angel Heart (1987), Enemy of the State (1998), High Fidelity (2000), Biker Boyz (2003), and Road to Paloma (2013). After Cosby, she would return to TV in the 2000s with Life on Mars (2008–2009) and Ray Donovan (2016).
