Hoda Kotb: Photos of the ‘Today’ Show Host

The ‘Today’ host admitted to being open to changing her signature hairstyle on the show. Check out photos of her over the years here.

Hoda started as a local news anchor and reporter in Louisiana, then joining NBC News’ ‘Dateline NBC’ in 1998 as a correspondent. Hoda became the co-host of the fourth hour of TODAY with Kathie Lee Gifford in 2008, dubbed Hoda & Kathie Lee. When Kathie Lee left the show in 2019, Jenna Bush Hager took over. Hoda also became the co-anchor of the Today show’s first two hours with Savannah Guthrie in 2018, after Matt Lauer was fired for sexual harassment. Hoda has an Emmy for Today and has written four books. She’s the mother of two girls: Hayley Joy Kotb, whom she adopted in 2017, and Hope Catherine Kotb, whom she adopted in 2019. She was previously married to Burzis Kanga, but they divorced in 2009. She previously dated Joel Schiffman.

Hoda is also well-known for her signature hair-style, but she admitted that she was open to changing it on Today on Tuesday, December 19, per People. “I think we should try something new because you know what? Life can’t always be the same,” she told Jenna, but declined the idea about bangs.
