Cade Foehner and Gabby Barrett were both contestants on season 16 of ‘American Idol’ in 2018. The two got close throughout the audition process, and both made it to the live show portion of the competition. Rumors quickly started surfacing that something romantic was happening between Gabby and Cade, and before the season concluded, their relationship was confirmed. Cade was eliminated during the Top 5, but Gabby made it all the way to the Top 3 and finale episode, where she finished in third place.

The pair continued their relationship after the show ended, and announced their engagement on March 22, 2019, just over a year after they first got together. They tied the knot that October. Since then, Gabby and Cade have had two children. Their daughter, Baylah, was born in January 2021, followed by a son, Augustine, in November 2022. Gabby is currently pregnant with their third baby.
