Most Shocking Met Gala Moments Of All-Time — The Met Gala is one of the most buzzed about celebrity events of the year, and with dozens of stars in one place, it allows for some pretty EPIC run-ins and incredible moments to be remembered. The Met Ball is ALL about the fashion, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some headline-making events that occur inside, as well.

One of the most infamous Met Gala moments of all-time, of course, was the elevator fight between Solange Knowles and her sister, Beyonce’s, husband, JAY-Z. Video leaked of Solange seemingly physically attacking Jay, and people literally talked about the family rift for weeks. Bey, Jay and Solange have NEVER confirmed what the scuffle was about, but Jay and Solange made up and are on fine terms today. In a 2017 interview, the rapper even referred to Solange as his ‘sister’ and explained that the elevator fight was the “one disagreement” they’ve ever had.
