Yoga is one of the absolute most popular ways people stay fit and active on a regular basis and people of all ages have embraced the practice. While yoga, by definition, is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline that includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, people have found all sorts of ways to practice.

Yoga can be a cool, beneficial, and accessible activity for people of all ages. For the young, a simple standing forward fold or downward-facing dog can reduce anxiety and help the body relax.
