Carly Rae Jepsen — Carly Rae Jepsen, born November 21, 1985, is a Candian pop music singer and songwriter. After years of trying to make it in the music industry by forming a swing band and auditioning for Canadian Idol, Carly burst onto the scene with her very first single ‘Call Me Maybe.’ The bubblegum pop tune was a major hit in mainstream music, putting Carly right in the spotlight!

Her subsequent album, ‘Kiss,’ was released in 2012, and featured other hit tunes like ‘Good Time,’ ‘The Kiss,’ and ‘Tonight, I’m Getting Over You.’ Carly followed-up the success of that album with her 2015 album ‘Emotion,’ which featured singles like ‘I Really Like You,’ ‘Run Away with Me,’ and ‘Your Type.’ She also included a B side to the album, released in 2016. Carly later debuted her 2019 album ‘Dedicated’ and included a B side to the album released in 2020.

She’s also made her foray into acting, with roles in ‘Grease Live,’ ‘Leap,’ and Broadway’s ‘Cinderella.’
