Al Roker is best known for serving as the meteorologist on NBC’s morning show, the Today show. He began working for NBC at the network’s Cleveland affiliate in 1978, and returned to New York City to do weekend weather reports in 1983. After less than a year, he was the network’s regular weeknight weatherperson. He began filling in on the Today show between 1990 and 1995, and eventually became the regular weekday meteorologist in 1996. Since 2018, he’s also been the co-host of the Today show’s third hour. Over the years, he has become a staple on NBC, and has helped host a number of events, including the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, for the network.

Al has been married to a fellow journalist, Deborah Roberts, since 1995. He has an adopted daughter, Courtney, with his ex, Alice Bell, as well as two kids with Deborah (Leila and Nicholas). Keep clicking through the gallery to see more photos of Al.
