Jana Kramer fought through the pain of an injury to perform an epic dance for TV week that gave us all sorts of feelings — not only did she dance to her One Tree Hill theme song, but Gavin DeGraw himself came out to perform it!

Watch their dance here:

“All my One Tree Hill-ers out there, this dance is for you! We’re so excited,” Jana Kramer told E! News when she revealed the song she’d be doing the tango to for TV week, with partner Gleb Savchenko! Of course, it served a little bit like a One Tree Hill reunion, as Gavin not only performed the theme song for the show, but Jana of course starred on it from 2009 to 2012, playing the striking character, Alex Dupre.

They got a 29 out of 40, including an 8 from head judge Len Goodman!

Gleb and Jana, who nailed a waltz on the premiere, worked hard this week on “an International Tango full of technique, full of steps,” as Gleb called it. The goal was “to make Len [Goodman] happy, we’re going to make Carrie Ann [Inaba] and Julianne Hough proud of our dancing.”

And she must have been working really hard; during rehearsals for the premiere, she actually sprained a rub muscle and landed in urgent care. “I sprained my intercostal muscle. It’s very painful, and it’s hard to breath and move. My doctor recommended that I do not dance, but I’m going to anyways,” she told People. Her partner also added that he was worried. “The injury can hold you back. There’s a lot of things in the choreography we cannot do,” he told E!.

HollywoodLifers, did you love the performance and Jana’s dance?
