The majority of stars from the Teen Mom franchise have gone on to have more than one child after welcoming their first little ones as teenagers. With their lives already very much in the public eye, the stars of the MTV series aren’t shy when it comes to sharing photos of their kids on Instagram. Kailyn Lowry
Kailyn Lowry, who is on Teen Mom 2, welcomed her first son Isaac — with then-boyfriend, Jo Rivera — in 2010. She then had another son, Lincoln (born 2013), with Javi Marroquin, who she was married to from 2012 until 2015. After the split, she had two more kids, Lux (born 2017) and Creed (born 2020), with a friend, Chris Lopez. The two have had a tumultuous relationship as co-parents for years. Kail is the ultimate doting mom to her four boys, and in 2020, she proved it by managing ALL of them on the sidelines of a football practice. So cute!
Chelsea Houska
Fellow Teen Mom 2 star, Chelsea Houska, had her first child, Aubree, with her high school boyfriend, Adam Lind. The two had an extremely toxic relationship that faced many ups and downs for years. Chelsea eventually split from Adam for good when she met Cole DeBoer in 2014. They found out they were expecting their first child in 2016 and tied the knot that October, while Chelsea was heavily pregnant. The pair’s son, Watson, was born in 2017, followed by a daughter, Layne, in August 2018. During summer 2020, Chelsea confirmed that she and Cole had a third child on the way, as well. Over the years, Cole has stepped up as a father figure for Aubree, in addition to his own kids.
Maci Bookout
Maci Bookout, from Teen Mom OG, had a son, Bentley, in 2008, with Ryan Edwards, who she dated in high school. They were briefly engaged in 2009, but the relationship eventually fell apart and Maci and Ryan split. The exes have had many ups and downs in their co-parenting relationship in the years since ending their romance, but Maci is still close to Ryan’s parents.
In 2012, Maci started dating Taylor McKinney, and their daughter, Jayde, was born in May 2015. The two also welcomed a son, Maverick, in May 2016. They tied the knot in October of that year, and have made the most adorable little family ever since. Taylor and Bentley also have an extremely close relationship, so the family photos from this group are always too cute!
Leah Messer
Leah Messer and Corey Simms had their twins, Aleeah and Aliannah, when Leah was still in high school. They got engaged in 2010 and tied the knot that October. However, just months into the marriage, Leah admitted to cheating on Corey, and the two split. She started dating Jeremy Calvert in Aug. 2011.
Leah and Jeremy got married in 2012, and their daughter, Adalynn, was born in Feb. 2013. Unfortunately, this relationship was not meant to last, either. The two eventually broke up and got divorced. Both Corey and Jeremy have good relationships with their daughters, and Leah is an extremely dedicated mother. She loves posting photos with her three girls, who have grown up so fast over the years.
Mackenzie McKee
Mackenzie McKee and Josh McKee had their first son, Gannon, in 2011. They tied the knot in Aug. 2013, and then had two more kids: A daughter, Jaxie, in Feb. 2014, and another son, Broncs, in Aug. 2016. The pair split in 2019, but Josh eventually re-proposed. Unfortunately, due to cheating allegations, they broke up again in 2020. However, they appear to have remained amicable since then, and have even taken some family pics together recently. Some of Mackenzie’s cutest photos are ones of just her and the kids though — like the one above!
Catelynn Lowell
Although Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra gave their first daughter, Carly, up for adoption on 16 & Pregnant, they’ve gone on to create a beautiful family together. Catelynn and Tyler, who started dating in middle school, now have two daughters of their own: Novalee was born in 2015, and Vaeda was born in 2019. Tyler and Catelynn also tied the knot in 2015, and have been going strong in the years since.
