The Cowboys secured a win with a final score of 20-17. This result placed the Steelers in a tie for first place in the American Football Conference (AFC) North division, while the Cowboys hold the same rank in the National Football Conference (NFC) East, according to USA Today.

Per ESPN, the 31 year old Cowboys quarterback shared, “With the delays, with everything that happened, it’s one of those games I don’t care how long you play, you’ll never forget it. Why Was the Steelers vs. Cowboys Game Delayed?

Originally scheduled to start at 8:20 p.m. EST, the game was delayed due to a storm near Acrisure Stadium.  The stadium announced on X (formerly Twitter), “We are currently in a weather delay until further notice. Fans in the stadium can remain in the sedating bowl. We will provide further updates when available.” It was not until 9:45 p.m. where the game ultimately began.

Despite the delay, fans remained excited, including celebrities like Snoop Dogg, who was spotted in a video shared by the league on X, styled out in Pittsburgh Steelers gear.
