Ingrid Loyau-Kennett (born in 1965) is an English citizen who bravely confronted two terrorists who had brutally murdered a soldier in Woolwich, England. Ingrid rushed to the scene after getting off of a public bus she had been riding. Walking up to the armed men, Ingrid talked the men down from possibly murdering more people, and maintained the peace until the police arrived. Ingrid is a mother of two, and is a local Cub Scout leader. Her efforts on May 22 have earned praise from the UK’s Prime Minister, David Cameron.
