David Wilson (born in 1978) was a record producer who was also the live-in boyfriend of troubled country musician Mindy McCready. He was rushed to the hospital for a reported self-inflicted gunshot wound on January 13, 2013, where he was later pronounced dead. The investigation of his death remains ongoing.
