Things will look a bit different at the MTV Europe Music Awards this year due to the coronavirus, but we’re still bound to see stars show up at the event in glamorous looks. Every year, the EMAs are filled with show-stopping red carpet looks, and we’re looking back at some of our favorites. With the biggest stars in music attending the event over the years, we’ve gotten some epic fashion moments on this red carpet!
In 2018, Hailee Steinfeld serve as host of the musical event, which meant that she wore various outfits throughout the evening. However, one of her most buzzed-about looks was her pink carpet ensemble. The actress/singer rocked a sequined Armani Prive dress. The outfit was strapless with a plunging neckline, and Hailee wore clear shoes, with her hair styled straight, to complete the look.
In 2015, Hailey Baldwin looked like an absolute bombshell on the red carpet. Her mini dress had several sexy cutouts and a green floral design. She paired the ensemble with sky-high, open-toed heels, which accentuated her long legs in the look. She pulled her hair back into a messy updo, too, so that the focus was on her sexy dress and smokey eye makeup, which went perfectly with the look.
Meanwhile, Iggy Azalea definitely turned heads in her gown at the 2013 EMAs. The dress featured just one strap, and cutouts around the rapper’s midsection. There was also a thigh-high slit on one side, and Iggy whipped the skirt open on the red carpet to show it off. She came dangerously close to almost revealing too much skin, but she made it work with confidence! Iggy added a pop of color to the look with red heels, as well.
Dua Lipa looked sleek and sexy in her black look at the 2019 EMAs. The outfit featured a long-sleeved, tight turtle neck sweater, with a leather dress, complete with a thigh-high slit, on top of it. She wore thigh-high boots to complete the look, and pulled her hair back into a slick bun.
