Apparently the quickest way to becoming a movie star these days is by being one of the most followed people on TikTok. Addison Rae has parlayed her on-camera talents than have earned her 71.1 million followers into a starring role in He’s All That, an updated remake of the 1999 teem rom-com, She’s All That. And the 20-year-old is bringing along her much older BFF Kourtney Kardashian for a part in the production!
Kourtney showed off two Instagram photos on Dec. 8 of her laying on her bed in a super fashionable outfit while looking down at some pages of paper in her hand. Apparently they are her lines for the film’s script, as the 41-year-old mother of three wrote “studying @hesallthatmovie,” in the caption.
Kourt could be seen dressed in a black blazer with an unbuttoned front to show off her open chest. She had a short metallic mini-skirt on, with a tan wrap-around overlay around her waist. The soon to be movie star wore a pair of what appeared to be sister Khloe Kardashian‘s new Good American “Emma” oversize knee-high boots. With perfect hair and makeup, Kourt looked like a such a fashion goddess just to glance over some script lines.
Addison shared Kourtney’s IG post to her Instagram stories, as the 20-year-old called her BFF mentor her “work partner.” The TikTok star also shared a still from what appears to be the production, as an actor is seen holding her head in his hands as the two look longingly at each other.
Addison’s casting was announced on Oct. 29, as the film is a remake of the Freddie Prinze Jr./Rachel Leigh Cook classic , which seems to have turned the tables on the male and female protagonists. This time it is about a “teenage girl who sets out to give a nebbish classmate the ultimate high school makeover,” as the He’s All That imdb.com bio describes. Addison plays Padgett Sawyer opposite Tanner Buchanan‘s Cameron Kweller, as she apparently helps turn him into the school hottie.
Kourtey and Addision became inseparable over the summer of 2020, much to the confusion of both ladies’ fans. Neither were sure what a 41-year-old mom of three and a then 19-year-old had in common. They even did sultry bikini photos together, in addition to hanging out constantly. Fans trolled the relationship, with one writing, “This friendship still weirds me tf out,” while another added, “she’s 41 and she’s hanging around with 19 year olds in swimming pools,” next to a Sept. 19 IG photo of the ladies in teeny bikinis in Kris Jenner‘s Palm Springs estate’s pool. Kourt clapped back, “Do you suggest a better place. I’m looking for ideas…” Summer has come and gone and not only are Kourtney and Addison still close, the reality star will be appearing in her young BFF’s feature film debut!
