Teresa Giudice is over the moon about her hunky new boyfriend, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, 46. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 48, made him social media official on Nov. 9, sharing a photo of him to her Facebook, showing him giving a loving tush grab. With her divorce from husband of 20 years Joe Giudice finalized in Sept. 2020, Teresa is sees long-term potential with the handsome businessman.
“Teresa thinks Louie is perfect for her and she loves spending as much of her free time with him as she can. Teresa has a very full plate with her girls and her career, and she isn’t in a position to settle down at this point so she’s taking things slow,” a source close to the Bravo star tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Teresa is mom to four daughters with Joe: Gia, 19, Gabriella, 16, Milania, 15 and Audriana, 11.
“But that’s why this relationship works for her and why she’s so attracted to him because Louie is in the same position. He’s an entrepreneur like she is, he’s hard working and dedicated to his sons, and she loves that he spends so much of his time working with charities that help children,” our insider continues.
“Teresa thinks he’s the total package and she definitely sees long-term potential with him, but she also doesn’t want to rush things and is enjoying where things are at right now. So she’s taking it a day at a time and is just enjoying the journey” the source adds.
Louie is the first man who Teresa has officially confirmed to be dating since her separation from Joe in Dec. 2019. The 48-year-old has been living in Italy since Oct. 2019, where he moved to gain freedom from being kept in an I.C.E. detention facility while he fought deportation following his prison sentence for bankruptcy fraud.
As we previously reported EXCLUSIVELY, “Joe and Teresa talk all the time so this isn’t a surprise to him at all, he’s very happy for her. He’s also started dating again too so there isn’t any jealousy or anything like that.” In an Oct. 2020 virtual appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, Joe revealed that he’s “actually seeing a lawyer,” though he didn’t name his new love interest.
