Cardi B posted an emotional video of Kulture finally saying ‘mama’! Watch the sweet clip of the 7-month-old!
First, Cardi B wins a Grammy for Best Rap Album — next, her 7-month-old daughter Kulture is finally saying “mama.” Needless to say, it’s been a busy (and emotional) 24 hours for the rapper! While Cardi admitted that Kulture has said “papa” for a week already, Cardi’s daughter is now on to uttering a word for her mom. In addition to the video showing Kulture saying “mama,” Cardi wrote, “After a week of only saying papa !She saying mama! Happy 7 months Kulture ! We love you @offsetyrn @hennessycarolina @melo9.11.” Check out the sweet video below!
Speaking of her big Grammy win, Cardi gave Kulture the sweetest shout-out during her emotional acceptance speech. She gushed, “I want to thank my daughter — I’m not just saying thank you because she’s my daughter because you know, when I found out I was pregnant my album was not yet complete…we was like we have to get the album done and shoot these videos while I’m still not showing.”
Meanwhile, after Ariana Grande posted and then quickly deleted tweets that seemingly threw some shade after the late ex Mac Miller didn’t win Best Rap Album, Nicki yelled in a video seen on Instagram, “I read an article that Mac Miller’s family said that if he don’t win, they want me to win, so I’m sharing this Grammy with you, motherf–ker! Rest in peace!” Meanwhile, Ariana not only cleared up the fact that she was not detracting from Nicki’s win, she also added commented six black heart emojis under Cardi’s celebratory Instagram post.
