The internet is dark and full of spoilers. Nikolaj Coster-Waldeau admitted in an all-new interview that the ‘Game on Thrones’ ending is out there on the internet, but it’s not due to a leak!
The Game of Thrones fans are intense. Ever since the show premiered in 2011, fans have come up with very detailed theories about how the show will end. If you look on Twitter, Reddit, or other internet message boards, there are millions of Game of Thrones theories. Well, star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau revealed that spoilers about the ending are out there, it’s just about picking the needle out of the haystack.
“If you go online you can definitely read every plot point that’s going to happen,” he told Observer. “You can find the ending of Game of Thrones on the internet. It’s there. But you wouldn’t know. Of course, nobody really wants to know.”
The Game of Thrones showrunners have taken drastic measures to prevent spoilers from leaking by having the cast receive their scripts digitally. However, there’s just no way to stop really good fan theories from being right.
With Game of Thrones down to its last two seasons, everyone is bracing themselves for more death. The show has never held back when it comes to killing off characters, and with the show heading toward a battle for the Iron Throne between Cersei, Jon Snow, and Daenerys, it’s going to get ugly. Nikolaj has already come up with the perfect way he’d like to see Jaime die. “It has to be a dragon death,” he said. “It’s got to be the dragons that get him.” Game of Thrones season 7 will premiere July 16 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO.
