Gabrielle Union, 44, is getting bikini-body ready even though she doesn’t have to in the slightest. She posted her entire workout on Instagram and showed us exactly what she’s doing to get those 6 pack abs by the summer. Gab is already so toned and fit so all of the moves looked easy, but trust us, they are super hard.
She started off her entire workout with a little warm-up of her on the bike and said, “30 mins of of cardio before training.” She wasn’t going super fast on the bike, she was taking it slow and getting her body ready for the real deal. After her warm-up she moved on to her next move, she stayed very still in a perfect long leg lunge while she rolled
lunge rolling 5 pound weights in either hand.

Next, her trainer explained, “working on some foot strengthening squats,” as she started squatting on her tippy-toes while she held on to the TRX arm bands and moved up and down with a straight back and she even wrote, “shaking legs started.” After Gab finished up legs, she moved on to abs and said, “I’m trying to improve the belly. My stomach is the last thing. I’m gonna pull it together I’m trying, lets go.”
Her first ab move was The Dead Bug a core stability move that works on the shoulders and triceps, don’t move the core. You lay on your back with your arms up and behind you while your legs are up in a 90 degree angle with a weight in both hands. Her next move worked on the whole body, and her trainer said, “this is one of my personal favorites for keeping the core nice and flat and nice and engaged and working on the glutes,” as she squatted with a weight in one hand touching the toe to one side. Gab also explained that another good move “to battle bra fat area” is to pull the arm ropes up from the floor. Her trainer said, it’s “another great shoulder posture exercise, keeping the core stable, gripping it with your fingers.”
Wow, we cannot wait to try Gabrielle’s entire workout at the gym! What do you guys think of her workout routine — are you excited to try it out?
