Russell Wilson couldn’t be more grateful that his wife Ciara and unborn child didn’t get hurt in a scary car accident on March 10. The NFL star took to Twitter to gush about how ‘good’ God is for keeping his family safe. See for yourself, right here.
Nothing is scarier than learning that your significant other has been in a car accident. Unless, of course, they’re also in their third trimester of pregnancy with your child! That’s the scary news Russell Wilson, 28, had to hear on March 10 after Ciara, 31, was involved in a wreck in Los Angeles. Luckily, neither she nor their unborn baby was harmed at all, just shaken up.
Russell was over the moon to hear that they were both completely okay, and he immediately rushed to Twitter to share the good news. “Momma Wilson & Baby Wilson are feeling great! God is good! .” Thank goodness!

TMZ first reported the nerve-wracking incident on March 10, which apparently happened when Ciara “was driving a white Mercedes SUV and was making a left turn when a grey Volvo SUV slammed into the front passenger side of the vehicle.” Luckily it was not the side she was sitting on and doesn’t sound like it was too intense, so she’s completely unscathed. Amen to that!
Russ is clearly SOOO in love with his wife, and super excited for the new baby. He’s proven what a good dad he can be by taking care of Ciara’s son Future Jr., with Future the rapper. Ever since he and Ciara got together he’s been seen taking them both on dates, picking up the toddler and playing with him. It’s so cute!
