Victoria Beckham is gearing up for the release of her Target collaboration, which includes clothing for both women and children — and you can get a sneak peek at the cool childrenswear on the models above before it officially hits stores!
We can’t wait for Victoria Beckham‘s Target collection and her latest shoot, for the April issue of InStyle, has us counting down the days until the Apr. 9 release.
Although the Spice-Girl-turned-designer isn’t rocking the line for the shoot, the adorable models are decked out in Victoria Beckham for Target — and they look so cute in the stylish clothes! Victoria admitted that her daughter, Harper Beckham, served as major inspiration for the shoot. “You really get a sense of the relationship between Harper and me. This is fun, easy, cute, all of those things. Very honest. Very me,” she said.
She also reflected back on what it was like when her first collection was reviewed in 2008. “I’ve got a pretty thick skin. It could have been worse. They could have said, ‘We thought it was going to be rubbish, and it is.’ Instead, they thought it was really good, and I look at that as a positive. I look at everything as a positive, to be honest with you,” she said.
The star made a major career shift, trading the stage for a studio, and admitted that when Tom Ford recognized her as a designer over a Spice Girl she knew she really made it. “I’m really proud of what I achieved with the Spice Girls, but I’m also proud of everything I have done with my brand. So that meant a lot to me, you know? That’s Tom Ford saying, ‘We look at you as a credible designer,’ which was very cool,” she said.
