Napoleon’s Last Stand Created by Ricky Gomez
1 oz. Crown Royal Deluxe
3/4 oz. Pimms
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Place all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice in Collins glass. Top off with ginger ale and garnish with slice of cucumber.
French Quarter Faithful
2 parts Hornitos® Reposado Tequila
½ part fresh lime juice
3 parts pineapple juice
2 dashes green habanero hot sauce
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously and pour into a martini or highball glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
1 part Sauza® Signature Blue Silver Tequila
1 diced frozen mango
1⁄2 part triple sec
1⁄2 part simple syrup
1 cup of ice
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour frozen margarita into chili salt-rimmed glasses and top with a slice of mango.
Cafe Royál Created by Ricky Gomez
1 1/4 oz. Crown Royal Vanilla
1/4 oz. Grand Marnier or orange liquor
4 oz. Cold Brew coffee or hot coffee
This drink can be served hot or cold. If served with cold brew pour all ingredients over ice and stir. If served hot pour all ingredients in pre heated coffee mug and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and whipped cream.
Smoke Stack Sazerac
1 ½ parts Monkey Shoulder
1/5 part Sugar Syrup
Dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Top Peach Smoke
Add all ingredients to mixing glass. Add cold dry ice and stir. Once dilution is reached strain into glass. Top with Smoke and garnish with peach smoke.
The Gold Doubloon
1 ½ parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila
¾ part fresh lime juice
¾ part pineapple juice
¼ part agave
Pinch of cilantro leaves
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
Carnival Queen Created by Ricky Gomez
1 1/4 oz. Crown Royal Regal Apple
1/4 oz. Chambord or dark berry liquor
1/4 oz. lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain into flute and top off with champagne or other sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Sailor Jerry’s Ginger Daiquiri
1 ½ parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
¾ part homemade ginger syrup
½ part fresh lime juice
Add all ingredients to empty mixing glass then fill with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with candied ginger.
Hudson Strom King
2 parts Hudson Baby Bourbon
1/2 part St. Agrestis amaro
5-6 parts Succession sparkling hard apple cider
2 dashes Fee Bros. barrel-aged aromatic bitters
Build over ample ice in rocks glass: first bitters, amaro, and Baby Bourbon, then top with apple cider. Finally, grate fresh nutmeg on top.
Reyka’s Lavender 75
1 ½ parts Reyka Vodka
1 part fresh lemon juice
¾ part lavender syrup
Top dry champagne
Combine ingredients. Shake and strain top champagne.
The Original BACARDÍ® Daiquiri
3 parts BACARDÍ® Superior
1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
1 part simple syrup or 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Fill with half cubed ice and half crushed ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass or rocks glass.
