Oh, no! Little Mix member Leigh-Anne Pinnock shared some alarming footage of her face looking bruised on Snapchat, and a new report says that it’s the result of being physically attacked by a ‘crazy fan’ when dining at a restaurant in London. The incident apparently left the singer in tears, and police were called to the scene — get all of the details here!
Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 25, was having a ball with friends at VQ restaurant in London when a man allegedly “hurled abuse” at Leigh before slapping her in the face, The Sun reports. How awful is that?!
Leigh-Anne posted a video on Dec. 18 of her bruised face on Snapchat, saying, “My face hurts”. That had to be so scary!
“He kept saying, ‘If my girlfriend was here, you would both feel really intimidated,'” a witness told the UK outlet of the shocking incident. “Leigh-Anne’s friend wasn’t going to let it go. She kept saying, ‘No I wouldn’t, no I wouldn’t’. And Leigh-Anne started going, ‘Maybe I would, maybe I would’…then he said something like ‘shut up’ to Leigh-Anne’s friend. Leigh-Anne turned around and said, ‘don’t say that to her’ or ‘don’t be rude.’ And he walked around the table and leant into her and gave her a clean slap on the face.” Yikes!
“He was really aggressive. He seemed like he had been drinking,” another eyewitness said. “She looked completely shocked. She was laughing about it at first but then she completely broke down, crying. Her friend was comforting her.” By the time police arrived at the restaurant after a friend of Leigh-Anne’s had dialed 999, the attacker had fled, the outlet also reports. No arrests were made.
