Tears were flowing on the Dec. 12 episode of ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ when a vicious act of terrorism struck the Orlando gay community. Even though we already knew about the deadly Pulse shooting from July 2016, this was the first time we saw the staff of SUR reacting to the news. And it wasn’t easy to watch.
But despite the act of terror, which worried our favorite West Hollywood residents on the Dec. 12 episode of Vanderpump Rules, Lisa Vanderpump rode on a parade float during Pride Day. She felt that it was important to bring the community together after such a sad tragedy. The staff, however, didn’t have as much courage as their boss.
Upon hearing the news of the Pulse nightclub shooting, Katie opted out of working at SUR on Pride Day. Instead, she met up with Tom Sandoval, Tom Schwartz and Stassi at her apartment, where they discussed the violent act and shed some tears. Sandoval seemed to be the most shaken up out of everyone. But after the lengthy and emotional conversation, both Toms mustered up enough courage to head to SUR, where Jax and Brittany had already started working.
Meanwhile, Tom’s jealousy over Ariana‘s new bartending book caused one the biggest fights we’ve ever seen them have. Apparently, Ariana was offered a deal to make a bartending book, which is great, but Tom wanted to be involved. She called him out for craving attention, and then a huge fight ensued. Luckily, Lala was on hand to help them work things out. But whew — for a second there, we thought they were heading for Splitsville.
And in other #PumpRules news, Stassi started planning her birthday trip to Montauk (a place Scheana didn’t know existed), so that should be fun (NOT!), and James got frustrated over the fact that Lala’s stories about her boyfriend have constantly been changing. We feel his pain. We just want to know the guy’s name already!
