Louis Tomlinson got by with a little help from his friends after his emotional performance on ‘X Factor’ following the death of his beloved mother. His One Direction bandmates all flew out to support him in his time of need. Even Zayn?
Louis Tomlinson‘s performance on the X Factor finale on December 10 was incredibly emotional. His mother, Johannah Deakin, had just passed away from cancer at the age of 43 the day prior, and yet Louis, 24, found the courage and strength to still perform. His One Direction bandmates knew how rough this was going to be on him, so they did something incredible: they all jumped on a plane and immediately flew out to England when they got the bad news.
That’s what brothers do! We’re just tearing up over here! Louis was spotted leaving London’s Cirque Le Soir club in London following the X Factor finale, his arm protectively wrapped around his sister Lottie, 18. Louis’ One Direction brethren turned out for support at Cirque Le Soir, too! Liam Payne, 23, and Niall Horan, 23, headed to the club to hang out with Louis and Lottie. While he wasn’t photographed, Harry Styles, 22, was there, as well. How sweet.
The gathering was a way to celebrate Louis’ big victory on the X Factor stage, performing his new song, “Just Hold On”, and honoring his late mother, as well. “It was family and friends drinks in Cirque, all paid for by Johannah’s husband Dan [Deakin],” a source told Daily Mail. “It was a celebration of [Johannah’s] life and [Louis] X Factor performance. It was a very emotional night.”
We have to wonder if the boys’ fifth One Direction comrade, Zayn Malik, 23, showed up in London to help Louis. While Zayn is estranged from the band, that doesn’t mean that they’re not still close friends. They have a whole lot of history, especially on that X Factor stage! It’s possible that he just wasn’t photographed, though it seems unlikely.
HollywoodLifers, are you surprised that the 1D boys flew to the UK to see Louis perform? Tell us in the comments!
