Go Justin! We’ve never heard a better cover of Tracy Chapman’s ‘Fast Car’ than what Justin Bieber sang at 102.7 KIIS FM Jingle Ball on December 2! Click through to watch his epic performance!
Justin Bieber, 22, has the voice of an angel, but it’s very more apparent than when he’s doing an acoustic performance! The singer graced the 102.7 KISS FM Jingle Ball in Los Angeles on December 2 with a special acoustic song: his gorgeous cover of Tracy Chapman‘s “Fast Car”!
Tracy’s 1988 hit is an incredible song, and we love Justin’s take on it. This isn’t the first time he’s performed “Fast Car”, actually. He first debuted the lovely cover in a performance at the BBC Radio 1 Lounge in September, and we couldn’t get enough! It’s so cool to see him do it in concert! We love that he’s inspired a sea of young girls in the audience to totally dig a song that they may have not usually listened to.
Justin’s been on a cover kick lately. He performed Taylor Swift‘s “I Knew You Were Trouble” backstage while taping Ellen on December 1. Justin was hanging out before his taping, and messed around on the show’s Snapchat. He may have ditched his Instagram, but this totally makes up for it, don’t you think? Just like his “Fast Car” rendition, his version of “I Knew You Were Trouble” could totally be performed in concert!
HollywoodLifers, did Justin nail this “Fast Car” cover? Tell us in the comments!
