Kim Kardashian: What She’s Told North About Why Daddy Kanye Is In Hospital

Wed, November 30, 2016 12:41pm EST by 3 Comments

Kim Kardashian reportedly hasn’t left Kanye West’s bedside since his November 21 hospitalization, except for when she needs to see her kids, North West and Saint West. When she’s with little Nori, she’s tried her best to explain why daddy’s staying in the hospital. She’s done a great job!

North West, 4, is having a difficult time understanding why her father, Kanye West, has been in the hospital for such a long time! She’s just a toddler, so mom Kim Kardashian, 35, explained daddy’s absence in a kid-friendly manner. North was reportedly told that “daddy isn’t feeling well,” according to a source who spoke to Us Weekly.

It’s absolutely true! It’s a simple way to let North know that dad’s just sick, but not go into the gritty details. After all, telling North that Kanye was admitted to the hospital for an alleged “psychiatric emergency” would just fly over her head anyway.

Kanye’s reportedly suffering from bouts of “extreme paranoia” while in the hospital, but he’s aware that his condition is affecting his family, including North and baby Saint West, 11 months. When he’s released from the hospital, he’ll reportedly be moving into Kris Jenner‘s home with Kim, where North and Saint are already staying during this turmoil. “[Kim and Kanye] want to lie low for the holidays. This is the break Kanye has needed for years.”

Unfortunately, there’s reportedly no concrete release date in sight for Kanye at the moment. The rapper was allegedly supposed to be released from the hospital on November 28, according to TMZ, but doctors felt he “wasn’t ready” to leave just yet. No it’s up in the air when he’ll get home. We hope it’s before the holidays so he can enjoy the time with his kids, who miss him so much.

HollywoodLifers, do you think this is a good way for Kim to explain to North why her dad’s in the hospital? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
