Apparently when Millie Bobby Brown isn’t playing Eleven on Netflix’s hit series ‘Stranger Things,’ she’s doing epic covers of amazing songs in Starbucks drive-thrus. Who knew? Check out the video of Millie belting out her coffee order set to Adele’s ‘Hello’ right here.
Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown said “Hi” from the Upside Down on a trip through a Starbucks drive-thru with her dad when she sang out her order in a parody of of Adele’s “Hello.” In the clip she posted to Twitter on Nov. 25, Millie is seen leaning over from the passenger seat to serenade the drive-thru attendant with her order, “Can I have a venti latte / And a caramel frappuccino? / Oh please!” OMG Millie, how we love you.
The 12-year-old actress is best known for playing Eleven, a psychokinetic preteen on the hit Netflix series. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t take every opportunity she gets to prove she’s got some musical chops too! In fact she’s posted several videos of herself performing hits by Adele and Beyoncé. She even epically rapped Nicki Minaj‘s “Monster” verse on The Tonight Show.
And Millie isn’t the only Stranger Things kid who knows how to rock a rhyme. Gatten Matarazzo, 14, starred in a recent Old Navy video that was a parody of a Technotronic’s 1989 music video for “Pump Up The Jam.” In the retro-style video, Gaten was seen getting down to the song and rapping in front of an animated backdrop. It was seriously hilarious and we absolutely love that all of these kids know how to have fun and get down to the beat. Though, with the seriousness of the show, we doubt we’re gonna see them singing in the series any time soon. But you never know!
